Shipping Policy

We aim to delivering quality products within the time requested by our clients. Here is our shipping policy: We usually deliver products within 5 working days after receiving the order. In some cases, we may take between 7-10 working days (in case the client’s location differs from our location) We ship on all weekdays. Public holidays are not a part of the working days. Please mention a single address while placing your order. Please place multiple orders if you wish to ship products to multiple addresses and not a single order. We only ship through reputed courier agencies to ensure that the order reaches you in good quality and within the time frame. We try our best to ship each product you order at one time to your destination. However, due to differences in the nature or availability of products, this is not always possible.

Exchange Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality products.If you have any concerns or are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange products within 15 days of the date of invoice. The product must not be used and must be unworn and it must be in a good condition with its original packaging. Claim Policy

We strive to ensure that RunwayGeist’s products meet quality standards. However, in the unfortunate incident of a quality defect, you can reach out to us. In case you find a manufacturing defect in the product purchased, kindly contact Customer Service. We provide 100% replacement if any products have major manufacturing defects. However, the product must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the original invoice date. Please note that the products (like Chanclas) must not be used for us to consider the claim. We will first try to correct any minor defects and replace them only if they cannot be repaired. Definition of Major Manufacturing Defect:

Footwear: Damaged material, soles.

Bags: Damaged stitching or upper material

General Terms & Conditions for Exchange/Claims

Any claims will only be entertained up to 30 days from the date of delivery. RunwayGeist does not take any responsibility for any products not delivered/any claims after a period of 30 days. The invoice must be shown during the exchange, refund, or claim process. No warranty/guarantee/exchange for articles will be applicable if the product was purchased after a discount or during a promotional scheme or sale. Products sold after the application of discount coupons/gift coupons during promotional schemes of Runaway Geist/third parties are not eligible for exchange, claims, or refunds. For exchange/claim, please contact Customer Service. The product/article will be inspected by the Quality Check team before the approval of the exchange/claim. RunwayGeist will only offer a replacement against any product when the exchange/claim is being made. Replacement against exchange/claims will depend upon the availability of the same product. In case of non-availability, the replacement will be adjusted against any subsequent purchase.
